Our delivery policy works in conjunction with our terms and conditions and payment policies. This policy aims to inform potential customers about our delivery practices and procedures. The key terms and conditions of delivery are as follows:

• The customer must collect the ordered product on the agreed delivery time and day. If we haven’t firmly agreed on the delivery time and day, we will send a receipt notification, and the customer will need to collect the products from the designated location.
• The customer must maintain and receive delivery receipts. If the customer fails to provide the delivery receipts, the company will not take responsibility for any accidental damages or loss of goods afterward. 
• If we need to store the ordered products, we will invoice the customer after a week. 
• We agree to ship the ordered products. If the delivery instructions are unclear, we will choose the delivery route and method at our discretion. 
• Operational disruptions, non-delivery by suppliers, operational hindrances, workers’ strikes, shortages of materials, and official control measures can cause delivery delays and may postpone the delivery date. 
• If the delivery is delayed by more than a month, both the customer and the company can withdraw from the affected purchase contract.
