Exchange Process

If an exchange becomes necessary, delivery and administration charges will be applied:

• King Mattress: £550 (including VAT)
• Super King Mattress: £650 (including VAT)

Note: Mattress thickness may initially vary by up to 2 inches less than the ordered size, as it needs time to fully expand.
