To start our easy exchange process, just contact us via phone or email within 14 days of your purchase. We know transitions can be challenging, so we designed our process to be as straightforward as possible. Please note that we honor only one exchange per household, delivery address, or customer.

It is our priority to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for items purchased after they leave our factory/shop, but we assure you that we will work with you to provide a replacement if necessary.
