DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Delivery is Fast and Free*

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7am to 9pm.

Once you place an order and your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive a message with a link to choose a suitable day for delivery.

Alternatively, you can send us another message after placing your order and we will manually update your delivery date. Please note, delivery dates are subject to availability based on your location.

The day before delivery you will receive a text message with a delivery time. Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen – they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.
Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.

* Please note free delivery is only available to “Mainland UK Only”.

We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.

For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of Charge in any rare case of damage.

No returns or refunds will be acceptable after placing an order as all our Bed frame, Mattress ant Mattress topper is custom made and made by the customer choice and colour.
